How To Open And Clean Delivery Packages During The Coronavirus Pandemic

  • Wash your hands with soap and water or sanitizer and wear an appropriate face mask before accepting packages.
  • Practice social distancing by maintaining a distance of at least 1.5m between you and others. No physical contact is allowed.
  • Consider opening the package outside and dispose of the outside packaging quickly.
  • After that, sanitize the products and any of the surfaces in your home that the packaging touched, by using either a disinfectant wipe or with an aerosol fogger.
  • After storing the contents of the packages, wash your hands for 20 seconds. Regularly wash your hands throughout the day.


You can collect your online order from our Johannesburg warehouse.

Please allow 2-4 hours for our sales representative to contact you regarding collection date and time.

Delivery by courier to your street address in town is free for an order above R100. Orders below R100 will be delivered at a premium of R65 including VAT.

Lead time is dependent on stock availability. Should we have stock available, orders will be dispatched 5-10 working days provided payment is validated.

Deliveries only in South Africa. Shipping will only be done to locations with a physical street address in cities or towns. Unfortunately we are not able to deliver directly to farms.

Unfortunately we don’t offer deliveries over weekends or public holidays. Please plan accordingly.


Agri Onderdele Online is an online only shopping experience. Unfortunately we don't have physical shops for you to visit, but our website shows all of the products we sell.

How do I buy from Agri Onderdele Online?

Agri Onderdele Online is an online only shop. If you want to buy a product from us, please follow these steps,

  • Complete the Registration process
  • Search for your product in the top search bar
  • Selected the product you are looking for
  • Update the quantity to the amount you need
  • Click on the ADD TO BASKET button
  • Click on the trolley icon (top right corner)
  • Check if the contents in your trolley are correct
  • Select between Normal Delivery or Collection at Order Type
  • Accept the Terms & Conditions
  • Click on the SUBMIT YOUR ORDER button
  • You will now be directed to the payment page

How do I pay for my order?

After you have submitted your check out, you will be directed to the payment page. Here you can choose between EFT payment and credit card payment.

Credit and Debit card: You will need to fill out your card number, card expiry date, name on card, CVC number and email address.
Please complete the prompts.

EFT: On the Agri Onderdele Online website we make use of the SID payment system. It is a secure instant EFT payment method that allows you to make quick online payments without a credit card.

  • First you select your bank
  • Then you log into your online banking through SID
  • Complete the payment

Prices & Discounts

The prices on the Agri Onderdele Online website are inclusive of VAT and is the final prices (before delivery is applied). Unfortunately we don’t offer special prices for bulk ordering.

Refunds & Returns

You are eligible for a refund or return in the following circumstances,

  • The item you received from us is incorrect than what you ordered.
  • The item you received is damaged.
  • Your order has been duplicated.
  • There is an item missing from your order.
  • You ordered the wrong product. (Please note, this option includes a 15% handling fee.)

Refunds will take about two weeks to complete, due to investigation from our credit department

Stock Availability

We strive to keep the fastest moving items available in stock at all times, but unforeseen circumstances may prevent this from happening. If there is a product you want that is out of stock, please contact us for more information on the product lead times. Stock availability based on prior orders already allocated in the system.
